By not missing any steps, by doing all of our homework, by putting the case together as though it’s going to trial, even though most cases don’t go to trial. When you get to a mediation or negotiation session, the insurance company knows you’re prepared, we have the experience, we do go trial, and when we go we get good results. So, you maximize your preparation, you maximize the recovery you’re going to get. There is simply no mathematical or slide-rule formula to what a case is worth.
