One of the things that still surprises me, even though I’ve been practicing law for over 30 years, is how many people when they call our firm are wondering what it’s going to cost. We handle person injury cases and wrongful death cases on a strict contingent fee basis. If there is no recovery, then there is no fee. I’m very proud of the fact that anyone, regardless of their economic situation, can come to our firm – and we have the resources to take on the largest corporations, the largest insurance companies and get results for them – without them having to put forth one dime in the case, until and unless we get a recovery for them. So, really, the contingent fee has been said to be the poor man’s key to the court house.
