In workers’ compensation cases, it depends on the employer, but I’d say approximately ten percent of my work comp clients have surveillance performed on them, so it’s not an uncommon experience. It’s legal. We don’t see it that often, but we do see it occasionally. Fortunately, our supreme court in workers’ compensation cases has said that surveillance is of limited value to the insurance company.
