Woman Killed in Single-Vehicle Accident

Cedar Falls police report that a 26-year-old woman died last Saturday morning in a single-vehicle accident.

According to authorities, the accident took place early Saturday morning when the 25-year-old driver of the truck lost control of the vehicle. The truck then ran off the road and struck a retaining wall before hitting a parked vehicle.

The woman was riding a passenger in the truck and was killed immediately. The driver was taken to a local hospital.
