Iowa man was arrested for a hit-and-run crash on Dec. 30. According to police reports, the man allegedly was driving his pickup when his trailer broke off.
After detaching, the trailer crossed the median and struck another car. One of the passengers in the other car was a 6-year-old girl, who was killed in the accident.
