Six people injured in Iowa multi-car accident last week

Six people were injured in a five-car accident in Iowa last week. According to police reports, the accident occurred when one car attempted to pass a truck and was forced to swerve into another lane. 

The vehicle swerved into the shoulder, and when the driver attempted to reenter the highway, he hit another car. The initial accident caused a chain of accidents, in which six people including drivers and passengers were injured.
