Diesel Spill in Duncombe

A truck accident that occurred early on Saturday morning caused a large diesel spill over Brushy Creek in Duncombe. The accident occurred along US Highway 20 around 3 am.

About 300 gallons of diesel fuel spilled from the truck in the accident. However, it is unknown how much of it made it into the water. The spill is presently thought to be contained and cleaned. However, if any fuel was missed, it could cause serious injury to people or wildlife.
