Pedestrian Hit by Bus

Thursday morning, a bus and a pedestrian were involved in a collision in downtown Des Moines. The pedestrian was crossing Ninth St at Walnut St when the bus turned left and hit her.

According to witnesses, the woman was conscious after being hit. She was transported to Iowa Methodist Medical Center for treatment. Her condition was not reported.
