Cyclist Injuries Cause Tension on Road

An April 11 accident occurred when a truck passed a cyclist unsafely. The passing caused the cyclist to lose control and fall over, fracturing his pelvis and skull as well as causing several other injuries.

The cyclist is expected to make a full recovery. However, a rally was held last week outside the Statehouse in which 500 cyclists protested road rage from drivers directed at cyclists. These incidents often lead to terrible injuries and even death.
